Concrete Polishing

Concrete Polishing offers a sleek,  durable, low-maintenance flooring solution that enhances the natural beauty of your concrete.

Why Polished Concrete?

Polished concrete transforms standard concrete into a smooth, glossy, and highly durable surface. Using advanced grinding and polishing techniques, we refine the concrete to reveal a clean, modern finish that reflects light and improves the look of any space. Ideal for homes, retail stores, offices, and industrial facilities, polished concrete offers exceptional durability with minimal maintenance.

  • Extremely Durable – Polished concrete creates a hard, dense surface that stands up to heavy foot traffic, equipment, and daily wear.

  • Low Maintenance – Unlike many flooring options, polished concrete doesn’t require waxing or frequent refinishing—just simple cleaning to keep it looking great.

  • Cost-Effective Flooring – Because it uses the existing concrete slab, polished concrete eliminates the need for additional flooring materials and reduces long-term maintenance costs.

  • Modern, Professional Appearance – The smooth, reflective finish gives spaces a clean, high-end look that works well in homes, offices, retail stores, and commercial facilities.

  • Improved Lighting – The reflective surface helps bounce light throughout the space, which can improve brightness and reduce lighting costs.

  • Dust Reduction – Polishing and densifying the concrete reduces dusting caused by untreated concrete surfaces.

  • Stain & Wear Resistance – Densifiers strengthen the concrete surface, making it more resistant to stains, abrasion, and surface damage.

  • Long Lifespan – When properly installed and maintained, polished concrete floors can last decades without needing replacement.

  • Eco-Friendly Option – Since it utilizes the existing concrete slab and requires minimal additional materials, polished concrete is considered a more sustainable flooring choice.

Our Polished Concrete Process

1. Surface Preparation & Initial Grinding
We begin by grinding the concrete with industrial diamond tooling to remove coatings, level the surface, and expose fresh concrete for polishing.

2. Crack & Surface Repairs
Cracks, joints, and damaged areas are repaired to restore the structural integrity of the slab before polishing begins.

3. Grout Coat Application
A grout coat is applied to fill small pits, pinholes, and surface imperfections in the concrete, creating a smoother and more uniform floor.

4. Concrete Densifier Treatment
A penetrating densifier is applied to chemically harden the concrete surface, reduce dusting, and increase durability for polishing.

5. Progressive Diamond Polishing
The floor is polished through multiple stages using finer diamond abrasives to refine the surface and achieve the desired level of gloss.

6. Stain Guard Protection
A penetrating stain guard is applied to help protect the floor from spills, oil, and contaminants while maintaining breathability.

7. Final Burnishing
The floor is burnished with high-speed equipment to enhance gloss, tighten the surface, and deliver a durable, high-performance finish.
